Coconut Creek Casino
Grand Opening March 2000, the 30,000 square-foot Coconut Creek Casino is the
first Seminole Tribe of Florida gaming center in Coconut Creek, FL. The complex
teamed with the expertise of skilled architects and management companies to combine
the many aspects of Las Vegas style gaming and entertainment. The Casino’s
plan is to create a destination area offering a full- service hotel facility,
extensive gaming space and several quality restaurants all with outstanding customer
service.
Founding Concept:
The first step in creating a multi-venue destination is to build a casino and
entertainment center. Coconut Creek Casino offers residents a safe and affordable
entertainment center with excellent service in a well-maintained environment.
Industry:
Currently, the Seminole Tribe of Florida and the Miccosukee Tribe operate all
of the South Florida casinos. The Coconut Creek Casino, the fifth Seminole gaming
center in the state, will enter Phase II of development within the next 2 years.
In this phase 100,000 sq. ft. additional space will be added in the form of additional
gaming space, venue of restaurants, casino offices and expanded parking. A meeting/
convention hotel is planned for Phase III. At this stage, the casino will quickly
become a destination area. Coconut Creek Casino is being built on 4.75-acre parcel
